Sponsored Rider Update: India Piper-Dadswell

December 28, 2018

Pony Portrait’s sponsored junior show jumper India Piper-Dadswell has been performing brilliantly recently.  She has written this short report for us:

"The last few weeks have been a fantastic finish to 2018. Firstly, a memorable moment of the last month would be the Nsea County challenge qualifier. On Firene, I was one of the members of the winning team in the 1m and we jumped clear in the 1.10 for 3rd individually. Shelby was crowned East Sussex champion in the 1m and 1.10 individual. We also qualified for the 1.10 Hickstead Elite final for next year. We’ve had some great BS shows this month and we have picked up some wins and placings along the way. Firene has qualified for Newcomer second rounds next year and in the 1m and 1.10 Blue chip classes. On Shelby I have qualified in the 1.15 member cup final for Nationals 2019. For Blue chip, Shelby has qualified in the 1.20 JA class! It has been a great end to the season, roll on 2019!"

Wonderful to finally have Honey (Honeywick BarnOwl) home again. The reunion with mum (Holmedown Ocean Springs) was very sweet.

Well done to Laura and Judi for some great rounds at a rather wet and windy Golden Cross BS Show today.
Merry Christmas!
Great morning at Golden Cross yesterday. Well done to the team from Starnash.
An action shot from Felbridge arena eventing on Sunday
Behind the scenes at Felbridge NSEA. Well done to the Eastbourne College team for winning the County Championships on Saturday.
The beautiful Troy at my visit to @starnashfarm last week. The rainy weather didn't stop me and instead moved to inside for photos where I was able to capture some lovely head shots of the horses over the stable doors.
A few weeks ago Tiger Lily had a session with equine therapist, Elaine Mariani. The session was great for loosening up Tiger Lily's muscles and joints and making her much more comfortable. Head over to my blog to read all about Tiger Lily's session.
We are happy to welcome this cute Welsh Section A to our stables. She is very photogenic so I hope to post lots more images of her in the future!
Don’t forget with half term coming up this month it is the perfect opportunity to book in a photo shoot with your equine companion!

The beautiful Katie and her Welsh pony Purity.
Katie won her free photo shoot as a prize in the @chiddinglyhorseshow in July. This is her favourite image that she has chosen to have printed and framed.
Beautiful day for the BS Show at Golden Cross today.
